Although, the private sector has a high salary but working in the public sector will allow you to have a piece of mind and it offers you enough time to balance your working and private life.

Whereas the public sector is controlled by the government and there is no effect on the market crisis on this sector. So, the public sector offers a lot better job security than the private sector.

The public sector is created to provide services to the common public whereas the private sector is all focused on generating profits. If the public service works effectively then it will benefit the community along with the people who live in the community. Working in public service allows you to focus on providing aid to the community that offers you a sense of social responsibility.
